6 (1.25-1.5lb) lobsters caught fresh from Coastal Downeast Maine!
 
Lobsters shipped live with reusable gel packs in an insulated cooler.
Upon arrival, remove packaging and place lobsters immediately in the fridge.
Live lobsters should be consumed within one day of receipt.
If you wish to keep your lobsters until the following day, you are doing so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the lobsters beyond the date of delivery.
NOTE: Your lobsters have journeyed a long way to get to you! It’s not uncommon for them to arrive stressed and lethargic after traveling.
Lobsters will remain fresh for 12 hours if they are kept cool.
 
Live Maine lobsters have a very sweet and slightly salty flavor. We recommend steaming the lobsters in a large pot with salt added to the water. Add 2inches of water and once boiling add in the lobster and cook for 15 minutes. To check if they are done, just lightly pull at one of their antennas and if pulls off they are done and ready to enjoy!
